Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

• The delivery period is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution. For payments by credit card, the order(s) will be subject to approval by the administrator of the credit card chosen by you. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by Nac, by e-mail.

• For each item included in the order, the delivery time is informed again, which may vary depending on the greater quantity of units of the product(s).

• At each update to the order delivery status, if requested by the Consumer, the Nac system can automatically send alert emails to the user. There must be a person authorized by the User at the location to receive the item, over 18 (eighteen) years of age and carrying an identification document, and it is necessary to check, at the time of delivery, whether the merchandise is as requested. If the product is in perfect condition, the Proof of Receipt must be signed.

• Delays in shipping are not considered to be cases in which the order(s) left the stock within the agreed timeframe and it was not possible to complete the delivery due to reasons attributed to the User, such as, for example, due to the absence of the User or an authorized person at the delivery location, refusal of delivery by third parties, or natural or social phenomena (strikes, lockouts, demonstrations, stoppages, etc.) that prevent the carrier from reaching the delivery location. In these situations, Nac cannot be held responsible for the delay in the delivery of the products.

• If it is not possible to deliver the product(s) and the 3 (three) delivery attempts fail, the products purchased will be returned to stock, the order will be cancelled and the refund of the purchase amount to the User will occur under the same terms set out in the Exchange or Return Policy in relation to returns due to purchase regret. • Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Nac makes the product available to the user. If there is any defect in the product purchased, except for a manufacturing defect, the User or authorized recipient must, upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately contact Nac if they notice any of the following situations:

a) product damaged during transport;

b) product with broken seal;

Return and Exchange Policy

Nac wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In this sense, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy that respects your needs and is based on the Consumer Protection Code.

IMPORTANT TIPS

• Consumers should pay attention to the product description and technical specifications found on the product details page.
• It is important to keep the Invoice received at the time of delivery of the purchased products and the transactional emails of the purchase as a guarantee.
• The original packaging of the purchased product, as well as gifts and samples that accompany it, must be kept unused and, in the case of products, sealed. In the case of exchange or return, these items will be evaluated.
• When receiving the product, always check the items in the order and the Invoice and never accept a product with a broken seal and/or open cellophane.

• Since these are non-durable products, the CONSUMER has the right to complain about apparent or easily detectable defects within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

• We are fully responsible for the quality of the products throughout the entire journey, while transported to their destination.
• Once the delivery has been recorded, the responsibility for the integrity of the product immediately passes to the recipient. This applies to products delivered to third-party addresses.


RETURNS DUE TO CANCELLATION OF THE DELIVERY

• To make a return in case of change of mind or withdrawal, we offer a period of 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product at the delivery location.
• The returned product must be in its original packaging, with labels, in perfect condition, sealed and presented with the original coupon or 1st copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the consumer if any of the items do not meet the standards stated. In this case, the return shipping will be paid by the consumer.
• After receiving the product, it will undergo an analysis by NAC's Quality Control department. The average analysis time is 5 (five) business days. If the product does not meet the conditions described herein, it will be returned to the sender along with a notice.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
• To exchange products with manufacturing defects, hidden defects (altered, not fixing, defective valve), please contact our Customer Service Department. Do not forget to attach the Invoice and any gifts received with the product.
• After receiving the product, it will undergo an analysis by NAC's Quality Control department. The average analysis time is 30 (thirty) business days. If the product does not meet the conditions described, it will be returned to the sender along with a notice. • We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product if any of the items do not meet the standards stated. In this case, the return shipping will be paid by the consumer.
• NAC reserves the right to exchange products only once.

REFUND OF VALUE:

• Payment made by credit card: Cancellations and refunds/refunds will follow the rules of the credit card administrator used in the purchase. The refund amount may take up to 2 (two) invoices to appear on the card, depending on the due date or closing date of the invoice, after the product has been returned and checked.
• Payment made by PIX: The refund of the full or partial amount of the purchase will be made via DOC or PIX to the checking account of the order holder. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the CPF used at the time of purchase.

INVOLUNTARY RETURN BY POST

• If the product is returned by the Post Office with the status "invalid address", "unknown recipient", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the consumer will be charged the cost of resending. In this case, naturally, the delivery period will initially be extended.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Any and all requests for exchange, return or cancellation of purchases made at NAC must be made through our Customer Service. Request the desired procedure by providing the order number and/or CPF number of the buyer, in addition to information about the products involved. • If any discrepancy, signs of misuse, bad faith, absence of sales invoice(s), accessories, manuals or any other item accompanying the original packaging is identified, we are exempt from the responsibility of fulfilling the request, returning the collected product to your delivery address without refund of the amount paid, and the entire return process will be canceled.
• NAC is exempt from the obligation to cancel or repair any product that shows signs of misuse.
